Ollie from NavLife is absolutely awesome. Broke a hub on my Nav and couldnt find a Thai build for love nor money. He sourced one for me, met me at the train station, drove me to Supercheap to buy a 32mm socket and took me back to the train station. Cannot recommend NavLife more highly.

Buying parts through Nissan Parts is expensive and their service department is always damaging things like radiators and the engine cover pins and then blaming me for the damage. You Parts are cheaper and your website makes it easy to pick the Parts I need.

Searched a few local big retailers for a part my mechanic needed asap, all the majors retailers had zero stock and there was a 2 day wait, a quick call to Olly and the team at Navlife I picked up the parts needed within 30 mins!

Called up for a np300 blower motor
There was none in stock at the time but a few mins later received a call that I could collect part and less than 3 hours from initial phone call I had the part installed in the car and aircon working again. Happy wife

Had a great experience with NAVLIFE very helpful friendly service nothing was to hard all questions was answered. Big shout to Navlife-Ollie,had an Ultimate 9 throttle controller delivered by Australia Post on Friday last and the parcel had been blown onto the ground and run over leaving it flat! A.Post sent back to U9 and received a new "not flat" one today!! Thankyou Ultimate 9 for your prompt attention and quick turn around and to Aus.Post as well! Looking forward to more Navlife products and Ultimate 9 products. Would highly recommend these companies to anyone looking for quality products and service with caring staff and integrity we all look for these days.

Nav life themselves are nice and helpful. I ordered a radiator and the box came damaged with holes and was opened. I reported this issue to their email and Ollie was helpful and understanding.

payment page was buggy and would not allow me to uncheck signature on delivery. so ive just opted for ATL but also signature required which costs like $3 on top of paypal fees (i actually tried to pay with card and couldnt) and $17 shipping. ive used their products before though and am happy enough to deal with some bullshit.

The price was lower than other sellers for the same part, so great value for money. The part arrived very quickly, especially as it was just after the new year period. The part is exactly as described, brand new, it was not damaged from transit, and it was well packed. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone buying parts and would use them in the future for any other parts for my Prado 150
