Welcome to the Navlife Membership Rewards program.

Navlife isn’t only a Facebook group but a like-minded community of Navara owners who enjoy the great outdoors, exploring this amazing country of ours and experiencing what their vehicle allows them to achieve ie: off road, camping, fishing, etc.

Our website showcases useful links, information and our own store with a great range of merchandise and products on offer: your Membership now offers you access to a vast range of discounted products and services and after sales support from our Merchant Businesses as well as the Navlife online store.

Terms and Conditions of Membership

By applying to be part of the Navlife Membership Rewards program or by using your Card or claiming any Member Benefit, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. MEMBERSHIP

1.1. To become a Member you must be an individual, have a current Australian residential address and complete the online join process on our Website at www.navlife.com.au, or by calling us at 0412 132 355 and applying and paying over the telephone.

1.2. You must pay the Membership Fee to join and pay the ongoing annual fee for each 12 month period of your Membership to become or remain a Member.

1.3. We may refuse your application for Membership for any reason.

1.4. There is a limit of one Card (one Membership) per person and Membership is non-transferable.

1.5. It is your responsibility to keep your personal details updated with us by emailing [email protected], by logging into your online account or calling us.

1.6. If you do not keep your personal details up to date, we may not be able to offer or provide you with any Member Benefits, and we may need to cancel your Membership and Card.

2. USING YOUR CARD WITH MERCHANT BUSINESS

2.1. In order to earn Member Benefits, you need to scan your Card (where Merchants have scanning facilities) or show your Card prior to the conclusion of your transaction, whether in person or online.
2.2. Navlife will publish a list of participating Merchant Businesses from time to time and may at any time change, add to or make deletions from the list of Merchant Businesses.
2.3. We love our Merchant Businesses but we are not an agent, dealer or promoter of the products and/or services they offer. Navlife is not liable for any representations made by Merchant Businesses in relation to their products and services or the particular discounts or rewards they offer from time to time to our Members.
2.4. We do not receive revenue from Merchant Businesses on Member-generated activity through the Navlife Membership Rewards Program.
2.5. The specific discounts and rewards offered to Members by Merchant Businesses are determined by those Merchant Businesses in their sole discretion and may therefore change from time to time. We are not responsible for any of those changes.

3. OTHER MEMBER BENEFITS

3.1. Your Membership may qualify you for other promotions, special benefits and exclusive offers from the Navlife Group and Merchant Businesses as part of the Navlife Membership Rewards from time to time.
3.2. Other Members Benefits include:
a) Member-only discounts, newsletters and automatic entry into prize draw competitions which may be run from time to time; and
b) discounts, exclusive offers and personalised offers from Merchant Businesses.
3.3. We may specify exclusions and conditions for particular Member Benefits and we may change these from time to time.
3.4. If at any time you do not wish to receive these other Member Benefits you can call us or click the unsubscribe link on an email that you have received from us.
3.5. We do not exchange or refund Member Benefits for anything else, including for cash or gift cards.

4. CANCELLING YOUR NAVLIFE MEMBERSHIP CARD

4.1. You may cancel your Membership by calling or emailing us at any time.
4.2. If a Card is cancelled any Member Benefits applying to it from the date of cancellation will be automatically forfeited.

5. LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN CARDS

5.1. It is your responsibility to keep your Card provided to you safe and secure. If your Card is lost, stolen or damaged, visit the Website or call us for a replacement.
5.2. We reserve the right to charge for replacement Cards.

6. REJECTION, SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION

6.1. Your Card is issued by and remains the property of Navlife.
6.2. Cards are not credit or charge cards, are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
6.3. Navlife reserves the right at any time without notice to:
a) decline to issue Cards;
b) withdraw or cancel any Cards, or Member Benefits;
c) terminate a Cardholder’s Membership of the Navlife Membership Rewards program; or
e) terminate the Navlife Membership Rewards program.
6.4. Grounds for doing any of the things referred to in clause 6.3 include (but are not limited to):
a) any abuse or attempted abuse of your Membership, your Card, the Navlife Membership Rewards program or anything associated with Navlife;
b) an act or omission contrary to these Terms and Conditions;
c) any use or attempted use of your Card or any other Member Benefits fraudulently or in a manner contrary to these Terms and Conditions;
e) any use or attempted use of your Card made by a person other than the Cardholder;
f) your death.
6.5. On cancellation of your Membership, we may retain your membership information for record-keeping purposes and, in de-identified form, for our general data analysis purposes and we may allocate to another Member any membership identifier (including number) previously allocated to you.
6.6. You agree that we do not need to notify you in advance, or give you any reasons, with regard to any action we take concerning your Membership.

7. NAVLIFE’S LIABILITY

7.1. You acknowledge and agree that there may be:
a) delay in issuing you with, or non-issue to you of, any Member Benefits;
b) delay in, or non-replacement of a lost, stolen or damaged Card;
c) acts, errors or omissions by us in the course of providing Member Benefits;
d) loss, theft or damage to any documentation in the course of post or delivery of that documentation to you; or
e) a suspension and/or termination of the Navlife Membership Rewards program;
and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you in any way for any cause in connection with such matters.
7.2. You agree that any comments, suggestions or recommendations you may receive from us or others as part of Member Benefits may not be suitable, accurate or complete and you must not rely on them in a way which may give rise to any loss or damage.
7.3. If you intend to rely on anything in connection with Navlife Membership Rewards, your reliance should be based solely on your own judgement including as to the extent to which you should obtain or use any Member Benefits.
7.4. Any liability we may have to you in negligence, breach of contract or otherwise, and all conditions and warranties as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by Navlife pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, whether express or implied by statute, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law, and, where liability cannot be excluded, our liability to you will in all cases be limited to:
a) the cost of re-supplying a replacement Card to you; or
b) refunding to you the cost of the Card.
7.5. The above limitation of liability in Navlife’s favour also applies to Related Bodies Corporate of Navlife.
7.6. Any tax, liability, or duty incurred by a Member arising from a Member’s participation in the Navlife Membership Rewards program is the responsibility of the Member.
7.7. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS

8.1. We collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Navlife Membership Rewards Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. We may amend our Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.3. By registering as a Member or by using your Card or claiming any Member Benefit, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy, and understand and agree that we will collect, use, store and disclose your personal information in accordance with its terms.
8.4. You may access the Privacy Policy at our website, or call us if you require a copy of the policy in a different format.
8.5. You agree that we may send you direct marketing communications and tailored advertising via various channels and media (including, without limitation, by email, SMS, phone, mail, or via ads on social media) until such time as you opt out from receiving such communications and advertising.
8.6. You can opt-out of receiving direct marketing communications (including opting-out of receiving such communications through certain media, or opting-out of receiving direct marketing communications via certain channels) by using the opt-out/unsubscribe facility we provide in that communication or you can call us at 0412 132 355.
8.7. Regardless of whether you opt out of any and/or all marketing communications, you consent to still receive service based communications relating to your Membership including, but not limited to, changes to these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, or information relating to the purchase of products and services you have made.
8.8. If you wish to opt out of receiving service based communications this may cause your Membership to be terminated.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION

9.1. Navlife reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions or the Navlife Membership Rewards program at any time.
9.2. Navlife will give advance notice of any such circumstance on our Website or you can obtain such details by calling the Contact Centre, allowing you to cancel your Membership within the period of that advance notice.
9.3. Where we change the Terms and Conditions, a copy of the revised Terms and Conditions will be available on the Website or can be obtained by calling us.
9.4. Continuing to use your Card or seeking to access or use any Member Benefits after the period of advance notice has expired will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

11. DEFINITIONS:

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meaning:
11.1. Business Days means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or official public holiday in Queensland.
11.2. Card means a Navlife Membership Rewards card.
11.3. Cardholder means the Member to which a particular Card is Registered.
11.4. Member means a person who has Registered his or her Navlife Membership Rewards card and Membership has a corresponding meaning.
11.5. Member Benefits are benefits which we specify from time to time in connection with Navlife Membership Rewards including, without limitation, discounts and promotions offered by Merchant Businesses and any other benefits we may make available to Members from time to time.
11.6. Membership Fee means the annual fee we set from time to time, which may include GST.
11.7. Merchant Business/es means the businesses where your Card can be used comprising stores and businesses that we advertise from time to time.
11.8. Navlife means the KNUST FAMILY TRUST . ABN 93 792 046 712.
11.9. Navlife Membership Rewards means the membership rewards program we designate as such from time to time.
11.10. Terms and Conditions means this document, and any other documents referred to in it.
11.11. Website means navlife.com.au.
