This plug is designed to keep mud, dirt and sand from flying up into the engine bay. It is very durrable and can withstand a good hard knock. Made from high quality heat cured polymers for long lasting and durability. Is a fairly tight fit but will tap on with a rubber mallet or the palm of your hand. Use 2 screw drivers at 60 degree to each other to gently pry it off for servicing.
