The EXEDY NSK-8535DMFHD Heavy Duty Clutch Kit with Dual Mass Flywheel is a premium replacement clutch package designed for selected Nissan Navara D40 and Pathfinder R51 models fitted with the 2.5L YD25DDTi turbo diesel engine.

Designed for vehicles originally equipped with a dual mass flywheel, this complete kit combines an EXEDY Heavy Duty clutch assembly with a replacement dual mass flywheel, making it an excellent option when both the clutch and flywheel require replacement.

The Heavy Duty clutch provides increased durability and clamping performance compared with a standard replacement clutch while maintaining the smooth engagement characteristics expected from a dual mass flywheel system. It is particularly well suited to Navaras used for towing, touring, carrying additional accessories or operating under heavier-than-standard loads.

The clutch uses a 275mm friction disc with a 25.6mm, 24-tooth spline configuration and is designed specifically around the later high-output YD25 applications.

Important: This application uses a 275mm flywheel. Flywheel and clutch size should be confirmed before ordering, as different clutch configurations were fitted across D40 Navara and R51 Pathfinder models.
