EXEDY Heavy Duty Clutch Kit – Nissan Navara D22 2.7L TD27 Diesel

The EXEDY NSK-6845HD Heavy Duty Clutch Kit is designed for selected Nissan Navara D21 and D22 models fitted with the 2.7L TD27 diesel engine and manual transmission.

Part of EXEDY’s Sports Tuff heavy-duty range, this clutch kit is engineered to provide increased clamping force and improved torque capacity compared with a standard replacement clutch, making it well suited to vehicles used for towing, carrying loads, off-road driving or other demanding applications.

The kit uses a 240mm organic clutch disc together with a reinforced pressure plate assembly. The organic friction material maintains smooth engagement and everyday drivability while the higher clamp load provides improved resistance to clutch slip under increased load.

The NSK-6845HD features a 25.5mm, 24-spline hub and is designed for applications using a flat-profile flywheel. A spigot bearing/bush and clutch alignment tool are also included in the kit.
