EXEDY Clutch Kit with Single Mass Flywheel – Nissan Navara D40 / Pathfinder R51 YD25

The EXEDY NSK-7704HD Heavy Duty Clutch Kit is designed for selected Nissan Navara D40 and Pathfinder R51 models fitted with the YD25 2.5L turbo diesel engine. It is an upgraded heavy-duty clutch option for vehicles that require greater clutch capacity while retaining smooth, predictable engagement for everyday driving.

EXEDY’s heavy-duty clutch kits are well suited to 4WDs used for towing, carrying additional loads, touring and moderate off-road use. The upgraded pressure plate provides increased clamping force compared with a standard replacement clutch, helping the clutch handle increased torque and demanding operating conditions.

The NSK-7704HD is a clutch kit only and is intended for applications using a compatible single-mass flywheel. If converting from the original dual-mass flywheel, a complete single-mass flywheel conversion kit should be used instead.

Important: This kit suits applications using a 250mm flywheel only. It will not suit vehicles fitted with the 275mm flywheel. Flywheel size should be confirmed before ordering.
