Upgrade the clutch system in your Nissan Navara D40 or Pathfinder R51 with the EXEDY NSK-7704SMFHD Heavy Duty Clutch Kit with Single Mass Flywheel.
Designed for selected 2.5L YD25 turbo-diesel models fitted with the 250mm flywheel, this Sports Tuff heavy-duty clutch package provides increased torque capacity and durability compared with a standard replacement clutch while retaining smooth, predictable engagement for everyday driving.
The kit incorporates a single mass flywheel conversion, replacing the original dual mass flywheel arrangement with a more robust conventional flywheel setup. This makes it an excellent option for Navaras and Pathfinders used for towing, carrying loads, touring, off-road driving or vehicles with mild performance modifications.
The heavy-duty pressure plate provides increased clamp load, while the organic clutch disc maintains progressive engagement and everyday drivability.

Important: This kit suits applications using a 250mm flywheel only. It will not suit vehicles fitted with the 275mm flywheel. Flywheel size should be confirmed before ordering.
