The EXEDY NSK-7705SMFHD Sports Tuff Heavy Duty Clutch Kit is a complete single mass flywheel conversion designed for the Nissan Navara D40 fitted with the 4.0L VQ40DE V6 petrol engine.
Designed to replace the factory dual mass flywheel arrangement with a more conventional single mass flywheel, this kit provides a durable solution for vehicles used for towing, carrying additional loads, off-road driving or operating with mild performance modifications.
EXEDY’s Sports Tuff Heavy Duty range uses an upgraded pressure plate with increased clamp load to provide improved torque transfer compared with a standard replacement clutch. An organic friction disc maintains smooth engagement and everyday drivability, making it well suited to vehicles that still see regular road use.
The supplied single mass flywheel conversion eliminates the original dual mass flywheel and provides a serviceable clutch and flywheel arrangement for future maintenance.
