EXEDY Clutch Kit to Suit Nissan Navara D40 & Pathfinder R51 2.5L YD25
The EXEDY NSK-8535 Standard Replacement Clutch Kit is designed for selected Nissan Navara D40 and Pathfinder R51 models fitted with the 2.5L YD25DDTi turbo-diesel engine and factory dual-mass flywheel.
Manufactured to EXEDY’s OE replacement standards, the NSK-8535 provides factory-style pedal feel, engagement characteristics and durability, making it an ideal replacement for a worn original clutch in standard or near-standard vehicles.
The kit uses a 275mm clutch disc with a 24-tooth, 25.6mm spline and is specifically designed to operate with the vehicle’s original-style dual-mass flywheel (DMF). The flywheel itself is not included with NSK-8535 and should be inspected for wear or excessive movement during clutch replacement.

Important: This kit suits applications using a 275mm flywheel only. It will not suit vehicles fitted with the 250mm flywheel. Flywheel size should be confirmed before ordering.
