Designed and engineered in Brisbane, OA’s D27 Navara suspension components have been thoroughly tested and refined to meet the vehicle’s needs both on and off-road.

Their High Pressure Monotube features a large 57mm body filled with premium-grade Fuchs oil and nitrogen gas. This high-pressure construction ensures faster response and superior road control, maintaining consistent performance across varied conditions. By keeping firm contact with the road surface, the monotube design reduces the impact of micro-bumps and vibrations, resulting in a smoother and more refined driving experience.

A larger 50mm piston allows for greater oil flow, producing improved valving and a smoother damping curve. Meanwhile, the high gas pressure not only provides the crucial first stage of stability but also helps to counter the effects of un-sprung weight, such as larger tyres. The result is suspension that performs reliably under load, maintains control, and enhances comfort over long distances.

This front lift kit includes a pair of assembled struts (including struts, coil springs and strut mounts), ready to install in the vehicle. Coil spring seat spacers are pre-installed on the struts to suit the specified front heights with additional accessories loads.

This complete rear lift kit depending on the selection “trail / trail plus / expedition”, suits vehicles with light to heavy load carrying requirements, offering the maximum recommend lift of 50mm* (see below).

Kit includes: shock absorbers, leaf springs, leaf spring bush kit, shackles, pins, u-bolts and a transmission mount stabilizer kit.

Please contact us for any advice to selecting the right setup. If you carry 200kg every now and then you don’t need constant 200kg springs in the rear as it will make your vehicle too stiff and rigid. It is easier to compensate load with a lighter spring and then using airbags to increase the load capability than to have too heavy a spring and trying to soften the ride.
