You MUST ship the unit back to GCG Turbos, Not to Navlife otherwise any charges incurred will be deducted from your core deposit

– Core return form must be completed for refund online: https://gcg.com.au/core-tex-return-form.html
– Core return unit must be received back at GCG within 30 days after invoice date.
– Only Original turbocharger will be accepted for core return, NO aftermarket or Modified turbochargers will be accepted.
– Core return units damaged by fire or flood will not be accepted.
– Please re-use boxes and bags that parts were shipped in originally.
– Please ensure that all oil and water lines, flanges, clamps, studs and nuts are removed from the original turbo, as these WILL NOT be supplied with the exchange TEX unit.
– Please write on the box – Core Return Old Unit.
