EXEDY Sports Tuff Heavy Duty Clutch Kit –  Nissan Navara D40 & Pathfinder R51 2.5L YD25

The EXEDY NSK-8535HD Sports Tuff Heavy Duty Clutch Kit is a performance-focused replacement clutch designed for selected Nissan Navara D40 and Pathfinder R51 models fitted with the 2.5L YD25DDTi turbo diesel engine and factory dual-mass flywheel.

EXEDY Sports Tuff clutch kits are engineered for vehicles that require greater torque capacity and durability than a standard replacement clutch while maintaining smooth, progressive engagement for everyday driving.

The NSK-8535HD features an upgraded clutch cover with increased clamp load together with an organic friction disc, making it particularly suitable for 4WDs that tow, carry additional weight, operate off-road or have mild engine performance upgrades.

This kit is designed to operate with the vehicle’s existing compatible dual-mass flywheel. The flywheel should be carefully inspected for excessive movement, heat damage or wear before installation and replaced if outside specification.

Important: This kit suits applications using a 275mm flywheel only. It will not suit vehicles fitted with the 250mm flywheel. Flywheel size should be confirmed before ordering.
