Upgrade intake cooling and reliability with the Forefront Industries FFNP300IC Intercooler Upgrade, designed to suit Nissan Navara D23 / NP300 2.3L diesel models from 2015 onward. This full aluminium intercooler replaces the factory crimped-tank design, which can be prone to splitting, with a stronger welded tank-to-core construction built for tough off-road and everyday use.

Featuring a 20% larger high-flow bar-and-plate core, direct bolt-in fitment, and factory mounting point compatibility, this intercooler is designed to improve durability without blocking airflow to the radiator or air-conditioning system. It suits both single turbo and twin turbo NP300 models and replaces OE part number 14461-4JA0B.

This aluminium upgrade intercooler for the 2.3L NP300 removes the poorly designed factory crimped tank which are known for splitting apart and leaking. The other huge benefit of The Forefront Industry design is full aluminium construction to solve the issue of intercoolers being broken offroad in the NP300. It is direct bolt in using the same mounting points, so no custom brackets are needed . Being low mounted it doesn’t restrict flow to your radiator and air-conditioning system and has constant airflow from the radiator fan as it forms part of the fan shroud on np300’s.
